Come Join a group of loving and compassionate kindred spirit souls and learn simple but potent self-care strategies designed to reduce ongoing anxiety and stressors caused by caring for loved-ones and others on a daily basis. Among the skills that you will acquire is the ability to shift your attention and focus at will and enter into a deeply relaxed state which may be enjoyed, explored and utilized for a variety of practical and beneficial uses in your daily life. We share and discuss commonly experienced challenges and topics related to caregiving, while providing practical tools to better address varying situations.
